BX Values

Post by BX4X4X2 »

Hi, I`ve decided I`ll have to do something with my 4x4 estate but, I don`t know whether it`s worth me putting it through an MOT or to sell as a easy project.
The car is a `91 met. blue 4x4 estate with grey velour trim, non functioning a/c. A few minor marks on the body. Starts, drives and stops.
Anybody got an idea what its worth? (not much, I know)

Cheers

My two penneth worth:
Assuming no Tax, serviceable tyres, no cracked windscreen and an exhaust in good order... But no MOT and a 4x4....

Really struggle to be more than £100 TBH.

As much as that? I would have gone for less myself.

However, leave the Tax on it and put it through an MOT, and it's a different story.

I thought as much, maybe a case of loading it with junk and weighing it in I suppose.

.. or shove it on ebay with £1 start and no reserve. You may be pleasantly surprised.

could you send me a PM with some more details on the car? or post here?..
if i import a car here it doesn't need to be NCT'd til the anniversary of its 1st registration, and they go in two year cycles, so it can work out favourably.

Thanks
