:lol:I already work in Tourism its the second biggest employment area next to farming  as for immigration well if I did a few tourism focused operators would be spinning.

As for insurance well if it was compulsory in NZ then it would help eliminate the boy racer culture that says as soon as I can drive at 15 I got to have a V8 or super fast car that I can not handle.

Oh, OT I have insurance through Tescos! I did have it through the Post Office but they tried to tell me that my insurance had gone up by £100 (from £160) and that it was a standard hike applied across the industry. After I'd reluctantly accepted the renewal I decided to check another couple of companies out and the quotes were for £160.

Needless to say I threw my toys out of the pram and told the PO where to put their insurance - and they tried to charge me over £100 to cancel!!! More toys on the floor, letters phone calls net result £20 cancellation fee which I said I'd pay if I could personally insert the money into...

Anyway, you get the point I'm sure. Just another example of the free market screwing everyone and thing it possibly can in the name of making an easy quid.

The best quote I've had is from Footman James - but I don't have a garage (well, I do, but I live in it!!).

Regards
Steve
