BX In the limelight
BX In the limelight
This months PGTi magazine is now out and will be hitting the shelves this week
Inside is a 4 page article on the racer of Gary Cole titled "Unusual Suspect"
The new season will soon be underway and the campaign for victory starts again with a lot of new regs and classes this year.
More details of the racer can be found at the link in my sig.
Would be nice to have the site on the BXS Club's links page to aid support for the team
Cheers
Luke

Just to add that this is the first part of a series.
Part two is centred around the engine build. Not sure how many parts this will run to at the moment, possibly 4 or 5.
The main reason for the articles is to attract marketing partners (sponsors), as several of the previous supporting companies have moved from the area, or are now involved in other forms of advertising.
Witmun Engineering are once again supporting my efforts along with R&V Coachworks. Talks are still ongoing with a couple of other companies.

Too many valves/wrong fuel type?
Has anybody read the article
I genuinely thought there would be some interest on here with regard to Garys efforts and our attempts to get the BX some publicity.
Are people not able to find the mag or is it just not of interest?
This is a genuine question as I do kmow some areas struggle to find the mag
Cheers

mag availability
Thanks guys
Can't stop laughing at your reply David Are you in Norfolk by any chance? I thought we were bad here in Lincs!
PGTi is a Unity Media magazine and started off as a Performance French Car Magazine but sadly drifted into a Max Power type mag but they are heading back to their roots with more track and race articles and are concentrating on performance again rather than styling.
I know most people have to resort to WH Smiths to find it which i think is bad so I will pass on what feedbaxk I get to the editor.
They are part of the team behind FCS again this year I beleive and will be there in force and the mag will publish a full write up of the event like last year.
Cheers
