Well checked all the adjustments and belt timing today and the only thing i found was a sticky throttle cable and after giving it a pull i was able to move the clip 5 more notches so i then took it for a spin and hey presto 95 at 4000rpm so i think i have it fixed new throttle cable ordered collecting it tomorrow at a cost of £12.00 so i will let you know how it goes after fitting the new throttle cable.
