Came across this lot this morning on my way to Heathfield. Put her in high and she did the job, much to the amazement of the motors behind me!!

Re: Well, i did, wouldnt you?
Indeed it is another Citroen party piece. In use today. The Ock was flooded as usual and four wheel drives etc only could get to Wantage, save me. It was on the doors at one point but fortunately Gary seems waterproof. Less keen in a petrol but diesels are a safe bet with high air intakes. Not so sure about computerised modern nonesense though, if the starter goes under and leans on the battery. Also I believe cats get damaged by the quick cooling. Just so much easy having neither probs.

Re: Well, i did, wouldnt you?
Oh yes - I certainly would After you've been through a flood with the suspension raised a couple of times I've found that the left hand automatically goes to the height adjuster when it's needed. I find that very pleasing - the fact that suspension height adjustment is something I do as a normal part of my driving experience
I was tempted once to move the lever to 'full height' and put up with the harshness of the ride knowing that I was well out of the water: not long after that the seals in the O/S rear leg blew and pissed green blood all over the car park at work - not to be recommended.

Yup, done that, and sometimes locked out on high. Nice little party piece. Electrokid could do it in Old Woking right now or yesterday.... Also around Brooklands...

Yeah - I saw on the news that it was a bit damp around there: a friend of mine lives in Old Woking - I must send him an email to see how he's getting on with it.
I'm taking advantage of nothing much going on and just chilling out at home - might build a design idea - a low dropout regulator using a LM317T - maybe...
