The hoses themselves seem to fit fine, except for the bottom hose. This is slightly too short at the water pump end, so the straight run of the hose sits too close to the crankshaft pulley. It's not actually that the hose is shorter than the original, but the original is waisted in the middle to clear the pulley, while the new one is the same diameter all along so needs an extra 10-15mm on the water pump end to help it clear the pulley. Apologies for the poor focus:
I think it would be possible to clip the hose out of the way, but I'll let the makers know about the problem and ask them to add say 20mm to that end - if it's too long it can be trimmed but too short is a problem.
Can't say as yet whether it all goes together leak-free, as during disassembly one of the inlets on the oil filter cooler snapped off (that's be why it's been weeping for the past six months then...). Thought I had a spare but it turns out it's from a CX and not the same....

OK, now all together and working - eventually...
No problem with the rad or hoses (except for the bottom rad hose as mentioned above - I've fitted a standard one for now), but had to do it all twice as I fitted the filter cooler from the other car and that turned out to be duff as well (see separate thread)... There was much swearing....
Have run it up to temp but not actually driven anywhere yet - got the fans hanging out while I try and sort the wiring. Will test drive tomorrow hopefully.
Otherwise, all looking good. Will email the suppliers to tell them about the bottom hose and the mod to the bottom mounting spigot, and keep you posted.

Right then, I've now got somewhere between 1500 and 2000 miles on the new rad and hoses with no problems at all, including monday morning M25 gridlock, heavily loaded motorway, towing, and carting lots of building materials around (all of that with non-functioning fans...).
And I've just had price info from the factory, so orders are open.
They're going to do me a special price for the first batch, before they later go on Ebay etc for a bit more (the GTi rads from the same firm are £189 at the moment, normally £199, I expect these will be about the same). So I'll be collecting orders (and dosh) in the next few days before passing them on.So for those who've expressed an interest, please don't hang about as I'd like to get the order sorted out ASAP. Please note this doesn't include any import duty. I don't think there'll be any to pay within the UK, but when I was sent the first two in France I got stung for 50 euros duty on the whole lot. Quite a common occurrence over here... (

Present came in the post from China today - one re-manufactured TZD Turbo spec Aluminium rad and a set of red silicone water pipes not sure when it'll be fitted yet but I'm looking at upgrading the cooling fans at the same time - so a special THANK YOU to KevR for going though the trouble of getting these re-made

Just out of interest, did either of you have to pay any import duty? I got another two sent to a friend's garage and they wouldn't deliver them until he'd paid an extra fifteen quid...
