Just added another t/d to my fleet j reg silver hatch brought a bit blind off jokebay, seems an honest car that has been with its current owner for 12 years, bit of a gamble but at £200 worth a punt, will report more as and when its collected.

And a 3rd place for the gti at Burleigh House not a bad day at all.

Well deserved Cliff, the GTi is such a pretty example and rare wearing her original trims, hats off to you for sticking with it!

Is the silver TZD going to give the red one a well earned rest?

Hi Tim, not sure wot im gonna do with it yet, once its picked up and home i will decide its future. It looks ok in the photos but that could be a different story in the flesh, my t/d is currently running 100% so it dosent really need a replacement even tho its just about to turn 290k's.
The gti has certainly been a test of my patience but i stuck with it and she turnred out to be a nice example, well done to paddy with the white TXD that is a very nice example indeed and nice to see some young blood on the scene and well deserved of the 1st place.

Its defo a scrapper unfortunately too much rust the sills turned to dust and so did the boot floor tho the A pillars seems very good around the hinges B pillars are also very rusty at the bottom. Inner wings are also completely shot both sides prob the worst ive seen and the rear chassis rails are also bad so i will be breaking this one.
