*anal mode on*

Its actually the 4th most powerful in the range excluding the 4TC.

BX 16v - 160bhp
BX 16v (cat) - 148bhp
BX Sport - 130 bhp
BX GTi/TZi - 125bhp

*anal mode off*

But its not bad mate. The car looks great!

Did you take the pics yourself, there rather good! Think maybe a couple should be sent in Phil CHildlows direction for the '07 calendar!

Yes it is. No rust or corrosion whatsoever. You'd never guess that the car has never seen a garage in it's life (until I bought it 3 years ago!).

Pity I can't say the same for what our climate does to the interior. I'll post some pics soon of what it does. My TRI Estate dash is a sad state of affairs. Would love a replacement from the UK in that grey colour.

The site looks good and the photos are just great.

Is that spec true of all BX19TZi sold in Australia?

I second the comments about the Australian climate and interiors, I must also get around to posting a picture or two of what has happened to my 19TZi dash, not to mention the blacked out panel across the tailgate which has gradually shrivelled away in the sun!

Greg,

That's not true TZi Spec. Mine just about has all of the extras fitted to it.

The standard TZI Australian Spec has the following standard according to a Citoën dealer bulletin dated 27th January 1991.

-Two tone bumpers (Grey top and body colour bottom)
-Silver Alloy Wheels 185mm/14in(Sedan Only)
-Factory Airconditioning
-One touch window switch on drivers side
-Passenger side electric mirror
-Wide door mouldings
-High Flow catalyser
-Dual cooling fan system with full size radiator
-Twin interior fan blowers with recycling airflow flap
-Smoked rear tail lights
-Valeo Door Open & headlight warning chime (sounds the same as in a Xantia)
-Eye level rear stoplight (sedan only)
-Harder spheres

------
I've got all of the above except i put on the softest BX spheres. I have all of the above plus front and rear spoilers, foglights, drivers heated power mirror and 16v exhaust.

This gives me the opportunity to ask again for pictures for the calendar. I still need submissions, as I intend putting it together in a digital form by the end of October...

I'll do a separate post...

Oh, I see

Thanks Michael

I agree that softer spheres are the go, must check on that

The photos would be good for the calendar, too

Thanks guys.

I'd love to submit photos for the calendar. To be honest I have been lazy and haven't fitted the front and rear spoilers yet

I wanted to wait until the spoilers and new bumpers were all on the car and painted but that won't be until end of November :( :(

I'll get out with my brother who is studying professional photography and take some more pics as it stands for you Phil. I'll make sure that they're all high res for you. Can you please PM me your email address and i'll do it before the months end.

I might even put the finishing touches on my Rouge Furio TRI Estate and take some pics there too. The paint looks great as it's only about 6 years old and the black tinted windows gives that great red / black contrast.

You can see what you think.

Thanks Again
