Treasure trove of BX's GSA's CX's all requiring resto..
I was contacted by a guy who was running a Citroen restoration place but stopped after his son tragically died. He has a host of lovely cars needing work. The place is in Cambridge and I was going to organise a trip Anyone interested? He'll want money for the cars but he says not too much (I hope) pics included below though rather small

I'd rather have a CX, which is probably a good thing really...
All in a days work...or 11 months, but whos counting! CX's may rot like theres no tomorrow, but they are cool, uber cool, beyond cool frankly, it should be the law to own a CX!

Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!
Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I saw one this morning at the A3 Tolworth junction! F reg, white CX22RS Safari. Beautiful
Chris used to own one - a Mk1 CXGti. It's a long story; was crushed by someone who bought it then didn't want it anymore when it became apparent how much work it needed.... which he really knew in the first place
Mark.

Well I have done 4000 miles in my CX now, and its turned out to be the second most reliable car I have ever owned (first was my BX TGD estate). It hasnt broken down once, its just required "work". The engine is definitely the most predicable and smooth, and it doesnt leak oil! Having said that the next few weeks have got to be spent taking the suspension to bits and possibly changing the rear arm bearings as the ride has got quite dodgy for a hydraulic Citroen.
