Many thanks to Ken for his kind donation of various BX bits and bobs , the "tatty" TRS isnt looking so tatty now with a new rear bumper (thanks artic steel) front bumper inserts and a set of TG wheeltrims from a bleeding cold shed in Wakefield yesterday :D .

Im still amazed how well the 20 year old 150000 mile TRS drives and performed another 200 mile trip yesterday averaging a easy 40mpg.

Its filthy now though! I must say I cant envisage me getting rid of it come 2008 to take on that red TRS, its nice to have a BX that is mechanically sound, which doesnt need any work!

The OSR bearing was done less than 6 months ago (think it was that one, there should be an invoice for it with the paperwork, Tim).

Thanks matey, no bill for that bit though, starter motor/alternator & spheres etc are, shes in good hands, new plugs and leads go on this weekend, I have done a lube service and "aquired" a professional weatherproof car cover for the cold winter nights sat on the drive.

Did you ever have the cambelt done?
