Thanks to Tom and Timmo

Post by Gareth Wales »

Some of you were kind enough to comment on my sparkling TZ at Coventry, but - and I should have acknowledged this earlier - it's the result of cleaning regimes separately published by Tom (in a recent rambling) and Timmo ((available thru his web-page) . Sure enough, it took several days to achieve, but once done, the car was considerably lifted, and now only needs the occasional rinse. As a matter of fact, some people actually think its new, I particularly liked Tom's recommendations of inexpensive materials eg black boot polish
so thanks to Tom and Timmo
PS I have to admit Stewart was right - I did have the car delivered to Coventry on a covered low-loader. Worth it.

I thankyou, I shall peruse that later and if anything of interest I shall add to my list of car cleaning tools such as WD40 and felt pens.
