They call them vanity plates in the States.

Vanity, otherwise known as narcissism is a frequently observed form of human behaviour.

We are able to express ourselves individually through the freedom of choice we have in our capitalist market economy (or whatever you want to call it).

Choosing to have a private plate says many things about you.
You wont learn anything about me from my number plates, although I do like L76 BOD cos its easy to remember.

FU 2 used to be seen regularly on the M4 through the Thames Valley.

Apparently once belonged to 'model' Fiona Richmond.

When I registered our Mercedes in France the number we were given was 2088 ** 47. When in the French type style it read as ZOBB. Which in the area we were at least was slang for penis/cock/dick. Coincidence? Je ne pense pas qu'il était !

I always fancied P155 OFF, but the miserable buggers at DVLA wont issue it.
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Mine's got one! H14 BAH....came with the car. First owner was Citroen UK, they sold it to a Mr Brian A. Hindwood! He sold the car not actually that much later on but left the plate on it for some reason, H659 KMO being it's original.

I personally wouldn't buy one, it qualifies as cockwaddery IMO (just needed to use that word after hearing cavmad use it....do something 12 times and it becomes habit, and I NEED that word in my vocab!)

But at last....recognition!!!!!

KMO's are Slough cars. Some of the ph2 press cars were KMO's.

I was briefly tempted to switch it back if it turned out something like that. But it didn't, it's just a boring one
