Although last year it was much quieter than Saturday - perhaps due to the drizzle?Roverman wrote:Sundays normally the busiest day historically.

Well I actually did make it to Stratford and made up for my Godmanchester gaffe. Very enjoyable it was too.
The BX camp was impressively rigged and a hive of activity and in 'The Falstaff Bar' was the first ever Karaoke that the CCC has had. The BX Club was represented by Mat who was in a state of inspiration after sipping a glass.. er.. box of wine. Very fine singing son!
Some great humour was provided by the show-down in the bar between the 'real' Dr Chevron and our own varient - Doc Chevron. This 'real' Dr Chevron I would describe as a bit 'tasty' with medallion etc and he was quite clear that no-one else could use the handle without invoking his wrath ( and that of his wife ) despite our Doc saying it was only a nickname and not a trademark as this other bloke kept on repeating that no-one could use or even say it seems as he'd bagged it 30 years ago. We know who the real Doc is!
Here's some pics, sorry they're so late but we just got back from Uk. First one is setting up and having a natter with Citro-Geoff. The second two are of the sunrise - that's the benefit/curse of having a little one/alarm clock. I staggered out of the tent to relieve myself and got this view. The BX camp was just to the right of the second one.
It was good to see everyone and meet Citro-Geoff, DLM, Abbot and others for the first time.
