From the icccr website FAQ
It's worth checking there if you're after info about the event.

We have simplified the arrival process and have removed the need for a ticket to be sent by post or by email for you to print and bring with you. Instead, all you have to do is to bring your booking reference number and the welcome team verifies that the booking details agree with the persons and vehicles in your "party". The team may ask you for other information, such as the email address quoted in the booking to authenticate you. Security wristbands and vehicle sticker to give you access to the site will be issued at the event by the welcome team.

Spoke to Mick Popka today. When you arrive, just let them know your booking ref no.

Thanks to Phil for PDF'ing the artwork over to Dan Fletcher at 7/7 design. Spoke to Dan this afternoon, he would like to know what size of banner we would like and he also feels the sticker design that Phil did so superbly might look "stark" on a large banner and so asked if we would like a graphic of a BX incorporated into the design for the banner. I would need to confirm these details with Dan by the end of this week.
I also spoke to Mick Popka and he's happy for the banner to be included with the ICCCR batch, so we can settle up the cost at the actual event. Perhaps a bottle or two of something wet and alcoholic for the ICCCR organising team. Cheers. Mark. :)

They check the car you booked? Oh dear. I haven't got a clue which one I'm taking yet (choice of three!).

Doesn't matter what you turn up in Ian, just tell them your booking ref no. Have you not received a email from the ICCCR organisers?

Thanks I think I need to tweak the kerning on the 1982-2012 bit... and the grey might be a little light for the printing method. But everyone's pretty OK with it I'll send the art over.

My only thought, and feel free to ignore it, is that a more Digital font might have been nice. I really like that one, but just wonder what something a bit more blocky might have looked like. Referencing the Digit and the era that the cars were built in. However, I should have suggested that rather earlier in proceedings!

I understand Ian. In fact Citroen tended to use Helvetica most of the time in their literature, however they have a history too of using Clarendon (e.g. in their magazine and in their competition division (the BX4TC sun strip for instance) amongst others. I chose to use Clarendon for the small 30th anniversary car strip so felt it appropriate to use it here too.

They used a heavy extended sans serif too, I could try a version with that. I'd prefer not to go with anything too 'Digital' personally as it does say DIGIT or GT/GTi. I wanted to keep away from that in the same way I haven't used the font used in the 16valve logo.
