Hopefully my mums friend will be making a BX 30 TH anniversary cake. Does anyone know if the plans for a 30 TH banner have taken shape.

I was hoping to get Quest to fund a banner plus a couple of flags for the BX 30th, but they're a bit quiet at the moment.

I'll give them a call.

IIRC Mick Popka said the CCC could arrange for banners to be made up at cost. I'm willing to throw a tenner into the pot.

Is there any specific day that most BXers are going? I live just down the road and am actually free then, just don't want to fork out for a full weekend pass

35 BXs I reckon as I've actually booked my 2CV... (not sure which BX it'll be yet though. Mk1 is causing some concern).

I'll be there at least for the three days of the weekend. Not sure of arrival day yet. Will be heading home on the Monday.

If I go it'll be Saturday night/Sunday. I'll merge this with the existing ICCCR thread, keep it all in one place.

I pm'd Mick Popka yesterday. The CCC have a special rate with "Award Banners of Leeds". A 3m x 1m banner would be £35. As I've stated I'm prepared to throw a tenner into the pot to start things rolling.

I've just spoken to Mick Popka. If we include our banner order in with the CCC's bulk order the price will be cheaper. I've emailed Phil Chidders and asked if he can send any graphic work he has to 77 design who will organise the banner/s. The ICCCR is 8 weeks today btw. Getting all giddy and excited. :D

Just take one of your tablets, put a wet flannel on your forehead and have a little sit down. :D

I'd be happy to stick in a tenner for the banners btw.

The ICCCR Facebook group seems to have rather a lot of followers, and some interesting information.

Now that's useful to know, i was wondering if we would get tickets.

I got the impression that there booking in system is quite well organised and can search for details if your don't have the reference. Need to go and look for mine!
