I will use some of the money it would've cost on the BX though, planning to do some jobs this week.

Have a great time and i'll be there in spirit. I look forward to the photos. Please someone take some shots in and out of that gorgeous mk1 in gold from Scotland - (Neil GP's). My dream car!

hopefully this week i'll get my new struts on and vacuum advance on the dizzy sorted plus a little bodywork.
Thats a shame Max, never mind though, see you at the ICCR?
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

No, I think Paul's referring to 'Hot Les' - that's an entirely different thing  :D

I know some are staying in local hotels, Paul, but don't know which. Certainly most of 'us lot' tough it out in tents...

I'm doing my usual "tarmac hero" routine, and travelling down and back on the Sunday! About 350 miles round trip....no sweat for a BX TD!

That's a good day compared to Wales, dunno what you're worried about! This is a slightly better forecast, but skin is waterproof anyway!

Will hopefully be there on Sunday in the Phase 1. Hasn't been washed for a while, and I'm not gonna get chance pre-show. Will be it's last big outing for a while as it is going away for a bit, so will be nice to give it a run.

Brought it to work this morning. I love driving it so much, I'm now looking forward to the drive home :D
