Here's how we can help you with your display....

Post by Mick_Popka »

Here's how we can help you with your display.

1. You can have free space for your display (email nigel.wild@icccr2012.org.uk - tell him the amount of m2 you need).

2. If you want a marquee, see if you can borrow one from the Citroen Car Club or ask nigel if he has one you can borrow.

3. A banner to announce your presence. Send an email to Dan Fletcher dan@77design.co.uk with your ideas for what you want on the Banner. Dan will design you a banner for free (he's our creative director and L o v e s designing Citroen Stuff). It will be full color (256 million colors). You might want to design it so that you can use it at other events after the ICCCR where you gather.....

4. Once you are agreed upon a design, decide what sort of Banner you want.
Hanging Banner

If you have seen the ICCCR Banner that we use it's about 1 m high x 3 m wide and cost £27.50 + VAT from a local Banner maker in Leeds (Award Banners) - Heavy duty PVC with brass rings .

Roller Banner

This is the sort that is verticle (2 m x 1 m) that has a support rod behinds it and unfurls from an aluminium box base see http://www.balmermedia.co.uk
They are £30 + VAT

As the ICCCR is VAT Registered we can order these for you.

Branded Clothing
We have been working with St Annes Bay, which is owned and run by a 2CV owner.

If you want an Embroidered logo, Dan Fletcher will design it for you.
If you want a Silk Screen design for a T-Shirt, he will do that also for you.

There is a charge for designing and programming the embroidery machine and or the production of silk screens of £25. This is a one-off that St Brides charge.

You can then select anything from the catalog and have it printed or embroidered.
Additional embroidery can be added to personalize a garment further - I think it's about £1.50.

The brilliant thing is you can order as few or as many of which ever garment you want - they don't do a production run!

This means that if you were to order 2 x poloshirts, 1 x Anorak, 1 x Sweat Shirt, 1 x zip up hooded Sweatshirt and 5 T-Shirts of different sizes, the set up cost is still fixed.

You might even want to consider setting up shop on your "BX Display" and sell your garment to other BX owners attending from around the world. (St Brides are happy to take orders and post them out on your behalf).

Their catalog is here: http://www.stbridesbay.com/catalogue.asp

So let us know how we can help you!

Mick

No Problem!

If there is anything that is unclear, please ask, I am more than happy to explain!

We want more individual groups to take the initiative that you have shown...

Regards
Mick

PS Remember the ICCCR is your event - me and the team are just here to nurture it and make it happen.... we need your ideas and suggestions.

PPS What do you think of the new website (it's still WIP, so some bits don't work) See: http://icccr2012.org.uk/new/index.html
