Hmph, I reckon we'd get a few people turn up, maybe if was just a day event we could meet at one place, then convoy to another. BX convoys are pretty special :) but then, some would say that's a boring thing to do I don't know, and my planning skills are poor ...

Phils right, as we are all spread out over this country its very hard to get together, what with family contraints, plus there isnt THAT many of us. If you look on the BX club in the czech republic theres LOADS of people and loads of cars. So we use the CCC national as a meeting point, plus its normally good weather and lots of other people there and other cars.

I'm reasonably active, I can get out of a lounge chair unaided, and am fairly OK at getting up stairs...

  Ever tried getting into and out of a CX on lowest setting? I swear the seat is actually lower than the road...

and when parked next to a rather high kerb, I've been known to struggle a little.. .

I am planning on CCC on the Sat evening and Sunday morning.

I will even bring my BX if it is MOTd in time.

Will visit the brewery on the way also.

I'd go! I have a disgraceful looking yet MOTd BX too

Anyway, I think I actually will be able to make the CCC nat this year but alas not in Cyril the BX so it'll have to be the dimension defying on low CX then..

Didn't you go last year? I could have sworn that I was talking to you by the burger van on the Sunday (with mountainman). Am I getting confused with someone else?

I missed the CC last year, but made it the year before when it rained.

Planning on camping this year, so hoping for decent weather.

MOT next Thursday.

I have put a firkin of fuel in it, so I must be feeling lucky.

It was me! sorry, I worded the previous post like I'd never been before!

What I mean is that I was thinking I'd not be able to make it this time but certainly might now.

Hope to see you lot there again.

I've just booked my ferries for the annual air raid over Britain so I will be there too. Hoping to come down on Saturday but that depends on if I can accomodate the wife and kid somewhere suitable as it's not really their scene ( unbelievable I know).. otherwise Sunday.

Will be in a BX this year not some lumbering lump of Merc which means less beer haulage but of course more fitting seeing as it's a Citroen meeting! So be seeing you soon BX fans for some serious tech discussion. No Beer swilling, No swearing and No being told to shut up by the Cit police in the small hours :D

Can't you just dump 'em by the side of the road somewhere? You have to come for the Saturday night!
