My life with Citroen Bx and without...

Post by BX4x4 » Thu Jan 26, 2012 4:48 pm

Not sure where to introduce myself, thought this could the correct spot? I Owned a BX 1.7 TD and BX GTI 4x4 at the same time. First was the TZD which I got given by friend after he fell a sleep at the wheel and woke up while driving the BX trough a fence( near side front wheel assembly bend back against the body ). Got to know the TZd very well that December replacing only the bumper headlights and the subframe, was rely amased to see how strong the car is and it drove n a strait line, after fiiting the few parts. The donar was a lovely 16v with aircon nothing wrong with was tempting to rather restor that but this was a very special BX used in big event in Citroen uk economy run. It was the speed with economy challenge run by Diesel car mag 1990, from Land's end to John O'Groats on one tank. 3 cars: BX, AX and XM. More later!

Go to "BX Chat" and read the sticky "How to Post Pics on this Forum"

This linkwill take you there to save the time

NB: you need to upload the pics into an external account, such as http://photobucket.com/
(most, if not all, forums work the same way as this)
