Rear wiper

My GTi's rear wiper is slooooooow and sometimes I think it would be quicker to stop, get out and clear the rear window myself.

Is this motor? I don't think it's the blade being pressed too firmly onto the glass - but I will have another look.

If it's the motor - what sort of job is it to replace?

Sounds like it Phil, nice and easy job to replace though, remove the tailgate panel and they unbolt from inside.
