the two guys i had dealings with were
Dave Lees and Allan Barnacle,
the switchboard opperater at Coventry said you can only contact the tech support by email and there is no phone No. contact (do we belive everything we are told)
it was Allan i actualy spoke to over the phone who was very helpfull and sorted the problem
