find a 1.9 turbo and dont tell to many people.
are diesels that rare out there??
there is a good ratio in nz. considering
TZD making a clatter, blowing diesel smoke, no turbo whistle

They are getting common for new cars now (thankfully), but in my budget range they are rare. The only ones we got were Pug 504, 505 and 405... Mercedes 240 and 300Ds and the Xantia 1.9, but all of these in very few numbers and with a fierce following.djm666 wrote: are diesels that rare out there??

This makes finding one hard and keeps the prices up. If anyone knows how to stack half a dozen Citroen diesels into a container, complete with spare engines and gearboxes to send over here, then let me know
Even getting them here from NZ is fairly pricey.
Current Citroens:
BX TZD (rare private import), BX 19TZI (auto works in reverese but not forwards), AX GTI (waiting for a carby for it to bypass the problem EFI system), CX 2400 (works but waiting for me to put the leather interior in), Mercedes 300D (recently stolen and recovered but with every bit of glass smashed), Mercedes 450 SEL (very close to having it running again), plus a few others...
