gear change problems

Hello

My first and second gear are very hard to change
what could be the problem ?

first thing to try is adjust the clutch, appart from when the clutch is out of adjustment its usualy 1st and reverse are hard to engauge,

the other thing to check is gear oil level and specific type, as these box's are prety fussy on the type and viscousity of oil
