Ok, erm, I *think* you mean the sensor for the Rev counter?

In which case it's down the back of the engine and sticks through the rear plate facing the flywheel.

Some early ones had the sensor located in the top of the bell housing (like the petrol CAS)..

Unless you mean something quite different!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Ahh, I'm with you, no problem mate, your English is infinitely better than my Romanian!

What year is the car? Is it a Mk1, or a Mk2?
I assume Mk1, in which case I believe the rev counter was a strip light at the bottom of the instrument binnacle?

Hello Alex,

I'm sure someone can help you - I have the same car as you. Can you post your question in Romanian and then it might be easier to understand?
One of our members - TB2 - can speak Romanian and English and can hopefully translate your question correctly.

oo yes i can do that.
problema mea este in felul urmator, eu am un bord cu turometru cu leduri, am senzorul pe cutia de viteze, si am si o mufa pe bord. problema este ca nu stiu unde se pune in bord, in ce pini din bord.

Google Translate does a good job of that. It looks like he wants to know how to wire up a Phase 1 LED rev counter.

Ok, so it is understood already - we don't need TB2 to translate! :D

I would have to remove my dash and take a photo to be able to give you an answer Alex. I will try this weekend.
