part numbers

Post by sdelasal »

I want to be able to check part numbers - is there anywhere available where I can easily do this? - for example, for VAG group, there is vagcat at http://www.vagcat.com/epc/

I saw this post as an example where a pdf is shown ... http://www.bxclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic ... art+number .... any idea where that came from?

Can anyone read part number for item 3?

You can download the BX Parts Manual as a PDF from here:

that's a great link - thanks. Only covers petrol models though - I can't see any reference to the diesel ones! Steve

this is citroens web site, but some people have had prob's loging/registering on, and say it wont let non trade individuals register,

the guy at PSA TECHNICAL told me it is open to all private individuals and trade persons,

When I registered I invented a company name as this is one of the mandatory fields I think.

It will be interesting to see how long Citroen will support the BX on this site as not only is it uselful for parts' numbers but also good for seeing how things are assembled sometimes.

When I went on there yesterday I stumbled upon the 'embellishment' section as its called - none of it is available but there's all the diagrams there for the 16v bodkits and various decal schemes including the BX L'Olympic. Never knew that existed.
Unfortunately I don't know how to post diagrams from the site here as they always vanish once I log out!

If you state location as UK, you have to also supply a "Inter-community VAT code :"! So I used my 'offshore' belize address!
