Hi everyone- I'm told this is the place to go. My wife Ali and I run a 93 BX diesel estate. It's only just run in having done 280,000 miles, but some bits are beginning to complain. In particular the hydraulic regulator has started to drip gently and garage who look after the old dobbin have said it definitely needs replacing.... I'd rather hoped a new O ring would fix it but not so, apparently. Our offside suspension strut is also leaking a tad - can these be rebuilt??
We were going for another 250,000 at least - any ideas?

Welcome Tim, do you mean the fdv when you say the hydraulic regulator?
The strut leaking, are you sure it's not the rubber return pipes that are at fault rather than the strut?
