BX GTI Brakes

Same as all BX's? it does have ABS though. I know the 16v had uprated and vented stuff but wasn't sure if it was the same on the 8v.

AFAIK it's the same as for other BXs bar the 16v.

Goodo, picked up a set of genuine discs front and back for the GTI for a bargain.

yep ALL BX's have the same brakes, aside from the 16v which has vented front discs.

Are the front calipers the same?

On all bar the 16v yes. The 16v has a wider jaw, although the actual caliper is the same, hence you can swop the jaws off a standard caliper and save some cash since valver calipers cost about £30 more than a non valver caliper.
You'll need the special 5 sided socket to undo the jaw though.

Ok cheers chaps, genuine front and rear discs for £25 the LOT
