frount windscreen whasher pipe keeps falling off

My whasher pipe keeps comming off. Its doing my head in. I evern got a new one. Fixed it on. And it still came off. Couldnt see a thing out the windscreen. With all the salt and crap on the one it.
It didnt do it before. Started last month.

The metal nipple it attaches to corrodes and flakes leaving it too small for the pipe to stay on. You need to try and clean it then try and stick the pipe on with adhesive or sealant (without blocking the hole in the nipple)
