Paint question

Hi there,

Is there anywhere on the BX to determine the paint colour other than the supposed plate or sticker on the inside of the drivers side wing? Mine does not have said sticker and both the bonnet and roof could do with a coat of paint this year as well as re-lacquering.

The paint code can be found painted on the nearside front inner wing, in front of the strut, but behind the air filter box.

Ooops. Posted in the wrong thread before!

I'll eat my hat if I'm wrong but that looks very much like Gris Axinite and the paint code is ETM.

Here's my old one in the same colour....

Jayboy, you have a good eye for colour, just looked in the location suggested by Ken and it is indeed "Gris Axinite"!!!

Now to find somewhere to make me some up so I can sort out the bonnet and the roof!!

The full code is ETM cP which I assume is an indicator that it is metallic....
