Part # appears to be 1854 16, but I'm not sure if that's just the bush or does it include the surrounding structure as well (the part name is "support yoke"). Don't know about availability either. (Sorry.

Called the local dealer here in Finland and asked about the part. It really is the complete bracket, and the bush is not available separately - at least not through the official route. Price for the bracket was quoted as 76 Euro. 
I would probably take the dimensions of the bush and try to find a matching one based on these measurements.
