Those look similar to the one in the drawing on the previous page. Mine were from a -90 RD - it could be that the design of the plate has changed from handed to non-handed at some point. (This is what the part ID:s seem to hint too: different part numbers for the old design - 95 599 874/875 - but just one number for the new design - RP 5272 07).
