front ride height

is the ride height -the level it sits at parked - adjustable? is it easy? id like to lower it a touch if possible.mine looks to have too large a gap between the wheelarch and tyre?

To do it properly, you should get the car lifted so that it stands on the wheels. Set the engine idling, suspension height lever in normal position, check tyre pressures and swing the car a few times in order to relieve possible stresses from the suspension. Measure the distance between ground level and the crossmember (front), and between ground level and crossmember tube (rear): the values should be 166+10-7mm and 223+10-7mm, respectively.

If necessary, make the adjustments by loosening the height corrector collar and turning it around the anti-roll bar.

And finally, if adjustments were made, the play of the manual height control levers should be re-adjusted so that the bar from the height corrector sits at the middle of the bracket hole at rear and 4 mm from the front end of the hole (=7 mm from the rear end of the hole) at front.

Piece of cake, provided you have the means to lift the car so that it stands level on its wheels.
