oil question

the bx is still piling up the miles as the saab is still having fueling problems at high rpms. it is now due a service.the oil is still pretty clean but old engines deserve new oil.
my question is which oil? semi synth,fully or regular10/40? its a 130,000 mile turbo diesel. had a look for the handbook this morning and cant find it......thanks,john.
