Belts

Post by Philip Chidlow »

I have just acquired a 19TXD (with air con) and with it came quite a few spares and new parts. Including a selection of belts.

Can anyone help me identify them?

Citroen part numbers:

5750.H1

91 536 298

91 536 303

Plus a Gates 48341 micro-V.

In addition to the belts I have a clutch cable M LECOY (manufacturer) 30225

5750.H1 = 1580L & 1905L up to RPO No 05284 not for GTi Alternator belt.

91536298 = GTi up to RPO No 04223 Alternator belt

The others are not listed in either the Citroen or Gates catalogues that I have.

Don't know about the clutch. Gibbo.

I just pulled a working aircon pump off a 93 XM. DO you need a pump?

No thanks, Campbell; the air con works fine. It's just that I need to replace the belt at some point before the summer.

Thanks Gibbo for the info!

I might be able to match the other parts to what's actually under the (steel) bonnet
