Estate rear window washer

Post by Mothman »

Well, ile be damned!!

The rear washer has never worked in the 5 years ive had the motor, wiper ok but thats all.
Had a brainstorm [yes there's one there somewhere] this afternoon so after a quick clean of all the terminals by the washer motor, poked about with a small stick at the pipe exit area and Bob's your uncle it worked!!

I always thought these never worked once they had failed.
An easy fix for a change, just sad that it took 5 years for the ole brain to work. Better late than never i suppose.

I occasionally use the washer and I think it was about 5 years ago that I topped up the reservoir
