Head Lamp removal

Tim did tell me the correct procedure for removing them at Wetherby, but old age is getting the better of me. Can someone jog my memory please.

Yep, grab hold of the top corner (opposite end) to the wing and give it a sharp TUG! then do the same with the bottom fixing and the lamp should just pull out.

Headlight out main/dipped bulb no problem, however Citroen would appear to have changed spec for sidelight bulb. Holder on replacement lights doesn't want to accept the bulb from the existing lights!! AAARRRGGHHH!!

Thank god for 24 hr petrol stations needed "new style" w5w bulbs. Whilst headlights and indicators were out took the opportunity to disperse wd40's finest inbetween the inner and outer wings and inside slam panel. Light output noticeably improved. Used pair of lights for sale will bring to the national. Shameless plug i know!!

Hi Mark

I will be there from Friday so will be on site when you arrive, I will ensure there is plenty of space for us all to park together, plus this year we are back to model specific parking so it doesnt look like a big car-park!
