Bearing X-Ref

Post by JayW »

Does anyone have any cross reference part numbers for the rear arm bearing (cit 75472408). SKF or Brammer etc???

I know i've seen them somewhere but can't find it.

Cheers.

I think what Jay is after is the part number for the actual bearings themselves rather than the kit - I have (had?) a Timken box with a part number on it; however when I tried I could not match this with other bearing manufacturers on the 'net.

That's right Mat, i know someone HAD posted another part number for the races themselves a long time ago but i can't find it now.

Last time I installed them, the box said "BCAB 326332 B":

Sorry, not sure at all !!..

Just some dims that I gleaned in the dim and distant past, as made a note of them.

Don't have a spare bearing to measure at the moment.

How do the other dims stack up?

They appear to match with the old parts manual:

Thus I suspect that the SKF standard taper roller bearing SKF 442327N won't fit and you have to use the above mentioned BCAB 326332 B (=A&S F 15028 = IRB IR 2053 = OTROS TIMKEN - JL 22349 / 10 F according to the cataloque linked above) instead.

EDIT: and that chinese page seems to give 0.1 mm larger value in the axial dimension (14.5 mm instead of 14.4 mm).
