Clutch Cable

Struggling to source a genuine Citroen clutch cable for the 16v to go along with the clutch change. Does anyone know if any other PSA clutch cable is the same. Cheers. Mark.

Chaned mine in 2009, got it from the local motor factors mate.

Wondering if a 405 mi16 cable would be the same. Same engine, gearbox and floorpan. Got a Valeo clutch kit just prefer a quality cable if poss. If anyone comes across one would they let me know please. Cheers.

I thought they were the same as the TD ones.

on service citroen it comes up as the same as the TD,

the only down side with the one citroen might supply now will be, that silly little nylon colar you have to snap into the boss of the outter cable, were it ,mounts into the pedle box

No luck at Citroen dealer despite the best efforts of partsman[person?]. He managed to locate one at a local parts factor. Collected it today, lad on parts counter estimated it had been on shelf for a good few years

Same as a TD, aslong as it\'s the later BE3 gearbox. Should be easy to find at a normal place like GSF or ECP. I\'d go eBay personally, I do for most parts these days. It\'s turned the car part trade on it\'s head!

no. the pedal box is totally different, as is the cable.
But yes, the BX cable is the same as a TD cable, but they are getting hard to source now.
GSF have a few in stock, as do AEP and ECP
