front caliper slide repair kit

My front right slider keeps on seizing, i have to free it up every few months.. all very frustrating. Anyone know where i can get a slide repair kit from? - thanks
all i want for christmas is a dukla prague away kit

Main stealer only now sadly mate..
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Hi Nigel,

Next time you remove the caliper, look at the wear marks on the centre tubes, mark the ends with permanent marker.

Re assemble place tubed rotated 180deg.

Use lithium grease if you can, will last longer.

Check the rubber bellows for splits.

thanks guys, hi brian the rubber is split and perished, am doing a good job of unseizing and greasing, a few months down the road back to 1 worn pad :( I will try the main dealer for new rubbers, and will try your reassembly process - thanks again!

Hi Nigel,

Next time you dismantle, throughly clean the out side surfaces of the offending rubber bellows with meths, to remove all traces of road dust and grease.
Run a bead of high modulus silicone sealant around the outside of the bellows.
Allow to cure then refit.
This should last a lot longer, and allow time to find a usable caliper.
