Hi Ian,Ian_Fearn wrote:Need to get some paint for the underbody... Is it Venetian Red, paint code EJX?
Are stating it is 'EJX' or by posting the photo above of your BX are you asking is it 'EJX' ?
To check Paint code use 'Colour-online' LINK and fill in the appropriate fields Citroen/BX/Red for full listings of Red colours which includes 'EJX'!
If you've looked at the nearside inner wing area near the air filter box/glow-plug relay box as can just be seen in the example photo below
So if the Code is 'EJX' on your TZD that comes up as 'Rouge Furio' = 'Venetian/Festival Red' for the UK market (You can check this out by hovering over the 'Rouge Furio' in the 'colour-online' guide/link !
However the official colour in the Citroen UK brochure calls it just 'Venetian Red' (For 'EJX') I hope this maybe of help !

Yes, its Millau. It was taken last year on my annual trip to visit my parents on the Costa Blanca.
Its pretty impressive but then again so is the car park. Have been there twice and both times the lot has been 25% interesting classics. The DKW club was there last time.
Incidently, the BX would be the perfect car to cross continents in IF it had aircon. Without, its bloody agony!

Lauded by the French as a showcase for everything that is great about the country. What they forgot to mention at the grand opening by Jacques Chirac was the architect. The very british Sir Norman Foster. Not to be confused with Sir Norman Wisdom, who is neither an architect or for that matter alive.

Forget the bridge - what about the lovely pair of DKW's you're parked in front of???Completely off topic, but what bridge is that? Impressively high and long...

Well, our TXD estate has (and will again once the bust compressor has been replaced lol!), but being a 19 n/a makes it too gutless to make a good transcontinental cruiser. Not bad - economical - just too laboured above 63 mph. If it was a turbo diesel I tend to agree, Ian. It would be hard to beat at the level of the BX budget.Ian_Fearn wrote:Incidently, the BX would be the perfect car to cross continents in IF it had aircon. Without, its bloody agony!

DKW was made to stand for several things over the years, depending on what they were making at the time (they originally were a toy steam engine manufacturer). I'd list them all except I cannot find my anorak (or Audi history book) at the moment.Nice bridge - and cars (DKW stands for 'Der Kliene Wanderer' btw - but you knew that already?)
