I have a citröen bx 91 millesime... (bx 16 engine)
The car is jerky when accellerating...
It's not noticeable when i have some momentum and traveling at a constant speed..and is perfectly fine when running idle.
..it only jerks when accellerating.
Ive changed spark plugs, spark plug wires and airfilter. No Change.
Someone told me it might have something to do with some vacuum-hose leaking. But where is it located ?
Any ideas how to fix it?
jerky when accellerating
Try a new ignition coil. My 16valve used to have a "stutter" around 2000rpm. I changed plugs, leads, rotor arm etc. All of these improved matters slightly but changing the coil(a five minute job) cured it 95%.
