Did you change the lhm & clean out the lhm tank & the filters?

Yup. Thought it had cured it at first but I think I fluked it. Did the job when it was relatively warm. When it's cold, it gets really bad. Even when the fluid is warmer though, it's still a bit notchy.

It might have been a schoolboy error all along. Just had another go at the belt tension. I think I'd been levering in the wrong place before and not putting enough pressure on the pump. I've just done it again and initial impressions are that it's now better. About to head to Derbyshire for the weekend so I'll see how it goes!
