55bhp 2.0 HDI - any thoughts?

I've found some on ebay for as little as £13. Problem is I don't really want the hassle of fitting one - I might just buy one to monitor boost if I can't get the OBD scanner at work to function properly!

Hmmmm.....can't see down the back, but wiggled a platic pipe on the top near the inlet elbow and it did seem a bit loose. I just assumed it was designed not to be fixed due to vibrations etc, but I'm hoping to get under it next week. Will check that out, cheers.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I'm taking it into the workshop Friday so I'll check that switch then and also get underneath and check the turbo hoses etc.

Right, it's not the brake switch. Tried that while driving, and it all but cuts out!
It's not the EGR either. I blanked it off tonight. Car is happier and smoother, but still piss-poor slow.
Can't see turbo and associated witchery, but I need to find a way of measuring the boost, or checking for leaks. Got some smoke bombs coming and will let the air filter get a whiff of those while it's running to see if it then leaks out while I've got it under load on the rollers!
