horn access...
Need to replace the horn today for the mot... What's the best access: bumper off or plastic in wheel arch?

Re: born access...
Probably easier just to take bumper off....
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
Re: horn access...
Can be accessed without removing the bumper, just remove the front part of the plastic arch lining or even bending it slightly out of the way provides enough access. Might not be the actual horn at all, quite possibly a corroded/loose contact.

Re: horn access...
Thanks Todd
I'll try that first but I can't get the car in the air where it is so I may have to do the bumper..
No noise but a distinct click from that area when you press the stick so I'm guessing it's the horn body or terminals rather than the wiring - The fuse is intact too..

Re: horn access...
It appears to me that the horn needs adjustment.
There is a small adjustment screw on the back of the sounder, move is a bit one way or the other and see if this helps.
Failing this, I have lots of horns in the loft.
