Tacho/revcounter location

Post by kiwi »

I know its here somewhere but the search engine can not find it on what I am asking.

So can any of you Diesel Owners tell me where the sensor can be found for the Revs on my TXD? Before the clutch was replaced it work intermittantly (eg cool conditions) but since nothing at all. Whick given its been cold here and its winter I was hoping to see more of it working for longer.

Having located the offending wiring loom. I noted a lot of green corosion in the conector. Have given that a sppray to see if that helps however maybe CRC is not the right thing to use of the green is just to green to allow a connection. At least now I have an area to focus on.
