Rusted out front bumper mounts? Make some new ones!

I've got a new bumper to fit to the car, but it has no metal brackets. I finally found one of the great number i have, somewhere, so stopped looking, bought air shears, made new ones out of half mm galv sheet;

Making curly waste bits with my £12 air shears;



And making some (messy looking but cleaner in the flesh) holes;



Which goes onto the plastic bit like this;




Just need to drill some big holes and glue them on!
