were do you get them for a fiver,

Ask the motor factors for C25D tensioners - they are also used on some diesel CX's

Resolved

It took my new tensioner to arrive for me to find the actual cause of the noise. That said it ended up being a very loose tensioner spring lock nut.. As soon as I felt it I knew that this was the issue..So a quick tight and tah dah...

It's a bit of an irrelevant question; if you were changing one, you'd change the other anyway, surely? They're both cheap!
