Couldn't you chain the bent bit to one of those motorbike ground anchors, then put it in high? :lol:

I might just park the car at the edge of a big drop and chain a "1 Tonne" weight to it. That should do the trick. :D

i think that would be just a little on the over kill side :shock: :roll: :wink:

the ground anchor trick should work though,

also the length of angle iron should work even if the bracket is twisted,

you could pull it down with the angle iron then with a 12" stilson hook the jaw onto the bracket and adjust it so its tight, then use that to twist it straight
