Wiper speed issue

I know its not the dashboard switch as I changed that already with a working one (yes I checked)

Basically problem is got no intermittant wipe speed its eith on slow or Fast or just off.

Are there any relays that could be at fault or is it a motor issue?

as the motor runs on slow and fast it cant be a motor issue, there is a timer relay in the circuit,
cant remember were it lurks as i havent had to check one out for a very long time now,

i presume the wiper parks as its meant to

Tall blue one in the fusebox under the dash. Think it sits in the middle of the row.
