Hello all, Thanks to all of you for your help anyway my car passed mot
2 advisorys track rod end ball joint on both sides has slight play
is this a big concern or is it easy job.

Easy if you have a ball joint splitter. It'll be worth checking the condition of the rack boots and inner joints at the same time. Count the number of turns to unwind the old track rods so that the new ones will go back in roughly the same place, but get the tracking checked as soon as you can after the new parts are fitted.

will get sorted next mot I only do about
1200 miles a year if that.

Buy the best you can afford as some "cheapies" come up a bit too long and dont allow for enough adjustment to set the tracking.
